Stansted Park is near the city of Chichester, West Sussex, England. The Edwardian country house is set in the 1,750-acre park, making it the perfect setting for FloVibe Festival

Journey

We encourage car-sharing and train journeys as the most economical and eco-friendly modes of travel.

Stansted Park is just a couple of hours from London by car.

London via A3 – 1h 30min – 2h 30min

  • Continue on St Margret St/ A3212
  • Follow A3 to Dell Piece E/B2149 in Hampshire. Take exit 2 from A3(M)
  • Continue on B2149 to your destination in West Sussex for 12 minutes

 

London via M3 and A3 – 1hr 50min – 2h 40min

  • Take The Mall to Duke of Wellington Pl
  • Take A4, M4, M25, M3 … and A3 to Dell Piece E/B2149 in Hampshire. Take exit 2 from A3(M)
  • Continue on B2149 to your destination in West Sussex for 12 minutes

The nearest train station to Stansted Park is Rowlands Castle. There is no taxi service from here.

  • London Euston to Rowlands Castle (Stansted Park is 3.1 miles from the station)
  • London Waterloo to Rowlands Castle (Stansted Park is 3.1 miles from the station)

 

Havant train station does have a taxi service. 15-minute drive to the venue.

  • London Waterloo to Havant (Stansted Park is 4.2 miles from the station)

The closest bus stop is Emsworth or Havant.

Accommodation

FloVibe offers a taste of outside accommodation to suit everybody’s needs. Check-out the options below and enhance your FloVibe experience.

There will be an array of choice for boutique camping at FloVibe 2019. These will be available to purchase by 1st of February 2019. In the meantime, to request more information or to reserve your boutique camping, please email: enquires@flovibe.com. Please be aware that festival tickets must be purchased separately.

Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Van-dwellers are welcome to bring live-in vehicles unless it’s a very large motor home (e.g. a Winnebago). Please be aware there are no power hook-ups on site. Also please note that all sanitary and grey water waste needs to be disposed of off the festival site. This is the responsibility of the individuals dwelling in these vehicles.

All your questions answered

The FloVibe festival organisers will be monitoring weather conditions on the lead up to and during the festival. We endeavour to open and deliver all elements of FloVibe Festival through most types of weather. The festival site will only be evacuated or closed/ event cancelled if the site is deemed unsafe for public.

Please note that FloVibe Festival are unable to predict the weather conditions and due to this we are unable to offer refunds are per our refund policy.

First Aid and medical technicians will be available onsite 24 hours each day. This will be sign posted throughout the festival and camping sites. Please note on arrival the location of the first aid team in case of an emergency.

All cars that are parking at FloVibe 2019 will require a parking permit. Parking is not included as part of your ticket purchase. Parking permits can be purchased through the ticket booking system at any time. This must be printed and displayed in your vehicle at time of arrival.

 

CAR PARKING PERMITS WILL BE CHECKED ON ENTRY.

Upon arrival you will met and directed by our dedicated parking attendants.

Access will be denied until a parking permit has been shown. If you have any questions or special requirements regarding parking, please inform the festival organisers prior to your arrival via enquires@flovibe.com

FloVibe festival offers a strict Challenge 25 alcohol policy. Please understand if you are asked for identification during the festival opening hours. Please be aware that abuse, bad language or aggression against staff will not be tolerated. The individual staff member will have been requested to do so by the festival organisers and the Challenge 25 policy. Alcohol is not to be consumed by any person under the age of 18 years old. Absolutely, we are an inclusive, family friendly festival with lots of activities for the kids to explore. Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. FloVibe will ensure a safe and friendly environment for all children but please be aware that full responsibility lies with the responsible adult. If you have any concerns or a child lost onsite, please contact a member of the FloVibe Team at the earliest possible convenience. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in any licensed area such as stalls selling alcohol products.

 

We are currently looking into a transfer service to assist with the movement of your camping and living equipment for the weekend. We will update on this facility in the near future.

 

NO CARS WILL BE GIVEN PERMISSION TO DRIVE TO THEIR CAMPING PITCH UNLESS SPECIAL DISPENSATION HAS BEEN GRANTED BY THE FESTIVAL ORGANSIERS.

 

Please note that all camping is done on a first come first serve basis and there are no specific pitch spaces as this is a open field. Security will monitor positioning of all tents to ensure safety and access in the event of an emergency vehicle needing to enter the area.

 

The camping area is in the adjacent field to the festival, making the distance from the campsite to the main festival site manageable. We would expect no more than a 5-7 minute walk from the furthest point of the campsite to the main festival.

Friday:

○ Festival is open from 12pm – 12am

Saturday:

○ Festival is open from 8am until late

Sunday:

○ Festival site open from 8am -10pm

Monday:

○ All guests must have vacated the camping site by midday

As a condition of being granted our license, and for the sanity of your fellow festival goers, private sound systems and generators are not permitted on site. As we are all music lovers we do appreciate that you may wish to have music in your own campaign facility please can you keep this at a level reasonable to your fellow campers. If excess noise is heard or reported, this could result in the music box being confiscated until the end of the festival.

Showers are provided for Weekend and Glamping ticket holders only. These will be situated in the main camping and glamping area for the sole use of Weekender and Glamping ticket holders. FloVibe organisers do everything they can to make access simple and easy to all shower and toilet facilities, as these are based in the camp site and will be a short walk from your camping pitch. Although we have regular checks over the weekend, if an issue should occur, please contact a member of the FloVibe Team immediately and we will try and rectify the problem as soon as possible. There will be no available showers to Day Tickets Holders onsite.

We’re sorry but we cannot permit dogs or other animal on site.

We welcome people of all abilities to the festival. Please note however the terrain, while fairly flat, is uneven. Motorised chairs will have access between the campsite and main arena but cars cannot be driven between the two. A water stand pipe will be provided in both boutique camping, general camping and on the main site. There will be one water stand pipe per area. This will be signposted and will vary in distance depending on where you situate your camping pitch. The stand pipe area will be lit throughout the night.

Help us to create the most positive and safe atmosphere possible. We do not tolerate the use or trade of illegal substances.Random checks will be throughout the festival, on entry and potential spot checks onsite if the organisers believe drugs are being used or traded. FloVibe’s fantastic traders will be selling a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks to tickle your taste buds. A reasonable amount of alcohol for personal use will be permitted into the campsite but in order to keep drinks prices competitive and affordable alcohol can not be taken into the festival arena.

GLASS BOTTLES & SINGLE USE PLASTIC ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Searching is a condition of entry to FloVibe Festival. The Event Organisers reserve the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item which in the opinion of the Event Organisers that may cause danger or disruption, be a health and safety risk, not be suitable to be taken into the event or is one of the items not permitted in the venue as detailed in these Terms and Conditions.

 

Anyone found carrying illicit or illegal items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and passed over to the Police as a result.

 

Please note that random searches may be carried out upon entrance of the campsite as well as entrance to the main festival site.

 

Illicit and illegal items include:

 

○ Fireworks, flares or Chinese lanterns

○ High power torches, laser pens or personal sound systems

○ Alcohol is permitted on the campsite, although excessive amounts of alcohol deemed dangerous to health or others will be confiscated. This will be down to the discretion of the security guards to deem where the amount of alcohol per person is excessive. They will be able to contact the festival organisers for a decision on where some or all is to be confiscated.

○ Illicit drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide

○ Animals (except guide dogs)

○ Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon

○ Glass, Disposable BBQs or self-combusting/ flammable items (please note that cooking facilities are allowed within the camp site only and must be raised approx.. 30cm’s from the ground.

E-tickets are available via Ticket Master/Universe.
Refunds are only offered if the event is cancelled. In this case, the ticket value minus the booking fee (which cannot be recovered) will be refunded. Please see our Ts&Cs.
Re-sale of tickets is not advised. Under special circumstances, we will be able to change the name on a ticket and reissue it. Matching ticket and ID are required for entry to the festival.
