The idyllic Stansted Park is our new setting for a weekend full of wellness, flow, and fun.

Journey

We encourage car-sharing and train journeys as the most economical and eco-friendly modes of travel.

Stansted Park is just a couple of hours from London by car.

London via A3 – 1h 30min – 2h 30min

  • Continue on St Margret St/ A3212
  • Follow A3 to Dell Piece E/B2149 in Hampshire. Take exit 2 from A3(M)
  • Continue on B2149 to your destination in West Sussex for 12 minutes

 

London via M3 and A3 – 1hr 50min – 2h 40min

  • Take The Mall to Duke of Wellington Pl
  • Take A4, M4, M25, M3 … and A3 to Dell Piece E/B2149 in Hampshire. Take exit 2 from A3(M)
  • Continue on B2149 to your destination in West Sussex for 12 minutes

The nearest train station to Stansted Park is Rowlands Castle. There is no taxi service from here.

  • London Euston to Rowlands Castle (Stansted Park is 3.1 miles from the station)
  • London Waterloo to Rowlands Castle (Stansted Park is 3.1 miles from the station)

 

Havant train station does have a taxi service. 15-minute drive to the venue.

  • London Waterloo to Havant (Stansted Park is 4.2 miles from the station)

The closest bus stop is Emsworth or Havant.

Accommodation

Whilst you’re running wild and free in the beautiful surrounds of Stansted Park, we encourage you to get fully immersed and sleep beneath nature’s canvas. Onsite camping is included in your weekend ticket.

Boutique camping will be available to book very soon!

We are an inclusive, family friendly festival and will have a designated family camping area.
* Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 25 or over.

Van-dwellers are welcome to bring live-in vehicles unless it’s a very large motor home (e.g. a Winnebago). Please be aware there are no power hook-ups on site.

As a condition of being granted our license, and for the sanity of your fellow festival goers, private sound systems and generators are not permitted on site.

Yes! You can enjoy a hot shower after a day of getting your yoga/dance sweat on.

We’re sorry but we cannot permit dogs and other animals on site.

We welcome people of all abilities to the festival. Please note however the terrain, while fairly flat, is uneven. Motorised chairs will have access between the campsite and main arena but cars cannot be driven between the two. If you have any questions the FloVibe team will be happy to help in any way we can team@flovibe.com.

Fresh drinking water is on offer from taps surrounding the site.

Help us to create the most positive and safe atmosphere possible. We do not tolerate the use or trade of illegal substances.

FloVibe’s fantastic traders will be selling a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks to tickle your taste buds. A reasonable amount of alcohol for personal use will be permitted into the campsite but in order to keep drinks prices competitive and affordable alcohol can not be taken into the festival arena.

GLASS BOTTLES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Searching is a condition of entry to FloVibe Festival. The Event Organisers reserve the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item which in the opinion of the Event Organisers may cause danger or disruption, be a health and safety risk, not be suitable to be taken into the event or is one of the items not permitted in the venue as detailed in these Terms and Conditions.

Anyone found carrying illicit or illegal items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and passed over to the Police as a result.

 

Illicit and illegal items include:

○ Fireworks, flares or chinese lanterns

○ High power torches, laser pens or personal sound systems

○ Alcohol (over and above your personal allowance of 8 cans of beer or one bottle of wine)

○ Illicit drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide

○ Animals (except guide dogs)

○ Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon

○ Glass, BBQ’s or any cooking equipment

 

 

E-tickets are available via Eventbrite.
Refunds are only offered if the event is cancelled. In this case, the ticket value minus the booking fee (which cannot be recovered) will be refunded. Please see our Ts&Cs.
Re-sale of tickets is not advised. Under special circumstances, we will be able to change the name on a ticket and reissue it. Matching ticket and ID are required for entry to the festival.
