Journey

We encourage car-sharing and train journeys as the most economical and eco-friendly modes of travel.

Kelmarsh Hall is just a few hours from London by car.

Directions from the A14

○ Exit at J2 and head north towards Market Harborough.
○ The village of Kelmarsh is 500m from the A14.
○ The entrance gates are on the left at the Kelmarsh crossroads, 500m north of the A14.

Directions from the A508

○ The Hall is 5 miles south of Market Harborough (on right) and 11 miles north of Northampton (on left).
○ The entrance gates are on the Kelmarsh village crossroads (on right coming from North, or on left coming from South)

The nearest train station to Kelmarsh Hall is Market Harborough.

○ London Euston to Northampton (Kelmarsh is 15 miles from the station)

○ London St Pancras to Market Harborough (Kelmarsh is 5 miles from the station)

○ Birmingham to Northampton

There is a regular bus service (the X7) from Market Harborough town centre to the festival site.

Accommodation

Whilst you’re running wild and free in the beautiful surrounds of Kelmarsh Hall, we encourage you to get fully immersed and sleep beneath nature’s canvas. Onsite camping is included in your weekend ticket.

If you’re looking for a really luxurious experience, boutique glamping is available with sumptuous bedding and a host of home comforts to welcome you on arrival. Boutique is now available to book at Hotel Bell Tent

We are an inclusive, family friendly festival and will have a designated family camping area.
* Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 25 or over.

Van-dwellers are welcome to bring live-in vehicles unless it’s a very large motor home (e.g. a Winnebago). Please be aware there are no power hook-ups on site.

As a condition of being granted our license, and for the sanity of your fellow festival goers, private sound systems and generators are not permitted on site.

Yes! You can enjoy a hot shower after a day of getting your yoga/dance sweat on.

We’re sorry but we cannot permit dogs and other animals on site.

We welcome people of all abilities to the festival. Please note however the terrain, while fairly flat, is uneven. Motorised chairs will have access between the campsite and main arena but cars cannot be driven between the two. If you have any questions the FloVibe team will be happy to help in any way we can team@flovibe.com.

Fresh drinking water is on offer from taps surrounding the site.

Help us to create the most positive and safe atmosphere possible. We do not tolerate the use or trade of illegal substances.

FloVibe’s fantastic traders will be selling a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks to tickle your taste buds. A reasonable amount of alcohol for personal use will be permitted into the campsite but in order to keep drinks prices competitive and affordable alcohol can not be taken into the festival arena.

GLASS BOTTLES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Searching is a condition of entry to FloVibe Festival. The Event Organisers reserve the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item which in the opinion of the Event Organisers may cause danger or disruption, be a health and safety risk, not be suitable to be taken into the event or is one of the items not permitted in the venue as detailed in these Terms and Conditions.

Anyone found carrying illicit or illegal items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and passed over to the Police as a result.

 

Illicit and illegal items include:

○ Fireworks, flares or chinese lanterns

○ High power torches, laser pens or personal sound systems

○ Alcohol (over and above your personal allowance of 8 cans of beer or one bottle of wine)

○ Illicit drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide

○ Animals (except guide dogs)

○ Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon

○ Glass, BBQ’s or any cooking equipment

 

Persons may be liable for eviction under the following circumstances;

Entering the land on which the event, or land that is owned by Porlock Manor Estate, without a valid ticket, wristband, pass, or sufficient accreditation, with the intention of gaining illegal entry to the licensed premises.

E-tickets are available via Eventbrite.
Refunds are only offered if the event is cancelled. In this case, the ticket value minus the booking fee (which cannot be recovered) will be refunded. Please see our Ts&Cs.
Re-sale of tickets is not advised. Under special circumstances, we will be able to change the name on a ticket and reissue it. Matching ticket and ID are required for entry to the festival.
